Christianity, if false, is of no importance, and if true, of infinite importance. The only thing it cannot be is moderately important.

Today marks the official start of Faith in Practice. We will post, without fail, on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Focus of this blog:
We hope to stimulate discussion amongst Christian health care professionals on various issues of interest and concern. These would include:
- Legislation: Freedom of Conscience, Stem Cell Research, Right to Life, etc.
- Social Issues: Sex slaves, poverty and health care, substance abuse, etc
- Practice issues: How to integrate faith into practice, ethical conundrums, etc
- Personal Experience: Vignettes of experiences “on the job” or “in training” with a Christian application.
Comments:
- Although one must sign up to comment, one may choose a blog identity, which can be anonymous. However, it is difficult to respond to everyone named "anonymous". If you would kindly make up a name, we would really appreciate it. Discussion will be enhanced.
- We will rarely delete a comment. However, if things cross over a line, we may decide to delete a comment, with or without warning.
- All comments will be moderated. This means that they will not appear immediately. We will check for comments every 2-3 hours.
The Board of TCMF can be contacted be email using our posted email information. We will not publicly release your identity, on comments or email, unless specifically requested to do so

- Also, we are open to suggestions for topics for discussion.
Reprint policy:
- We have received permission from Christian Medical Dental Association to reprint articles with proper attribution. Any of those posts may not be reprinted without getting permission from CMDA.
- You may reprint any other article, either partially or in its entirety, so long as credit is given to Faith in Practice and Triangle Christian Medical Fellowship. We ask that we be notified via email when an entire reprint is posted in any other venue.
Requests for counsel or questions:
If you are facing a dilemma within your practice or training, you may contact the TCMF board via our email. We are available for prayer as well as support. Your emails will be held in strict confidentiality.

Please sign up for “tcmfrtp” to receive one tweet of encouragement along with a promise of prayer, Monday through Friday. We call this a “God invasion” into your busy day. These tweets will also be recorded on this blog.
